We had the pleasure of working with Ashlee Ryan. We lived in Utah, while looking for a home in the Tucson area, and she went above and beyond! It took us awhile to decide whether to purchase, and she never complained! Being a realtor myself, I was a bit more particular in what I wanted, so far as style and location. She would check out homes, neighborhoods and location for us, when I would send her a home we were interested in. She would take videos of the homes for us, and give feedback on the location, and condition of the homes. As we all know, pictures can sometimes be deceiving!

We were able to find a home that we fell in love with and Ashlee made the transaction seamless. Even after we closed on the new home, Ashlee still helped! She would check the house, make sure everything was working correctly. She definitely went above and beyond! We were still living in Utah when we closed on the new home, and Ashlee coordinated with contractors to install flooring we purchased. We wanted it installed prior to us moving into the home. During some of the showings she scheduled, she met some of our family, and they fell in love with her! She is practically part of the family now!

She was really a blessing! Moving from a different state was stressful, but she made the move much easier! I would HIGHLY recommend Ashlee to anyone!
