Jessica began her real estate career in 2006, specializing in buyer relocations to Florida’s scenic Space Coast. Her work in this unique market allowed her to assist families, corporate relocations, and investors relocating along Florida’s east coast, all while developing a reputation for personalized, high-touch service.

From 2009- 2011, Jessica expanded her expertise into property management, overseeing diverse investor portfolios that included single family homes, a small apartment complex, and an office building. This experience deepened her understanding of property management operations and long-term investment strategy.

Between 2012-2014, Jessica focused on team development and operations in Melbourne, Florida, where she played a key role in building a small three-agents group into a thriving 24-agent real estate office. As a transaction coordinator, technology trainer, and office accountant, she helped create a collaborative learning environment that supported agents of all experience levels.

From 2014-2016, Jessica served as Managing Partner of B & H Ventures LLC, an investment and property-flipping firm. This hands-on experience in identifying, renovating, and selling homes provided her with a unique perspective on property value, design, and market opportunity.

After relocating to Arizona in 2022, Jessica brought her signature East Cost professionalism and customer- first approach to the beauty of the desert. Now based in Eastern Tucson, she continues to focus on creating exceptional client experiences-whether helping buyers find their dream home, assisting sellers in achieving top value, or guiding renters though every step of the process.

Jessica received her Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Grand Canyon University in 2024. When she’s not working with clients, she enjoys hiking, exploring Arizona’s scenic landscapes and traveling with her family.
